How to add manual measurements and see them on Health and Home.

Add a manual measurement

  1. Open Health → Add measurement or lab result.
  2. Choose Weight, Lean Body Mass, Blood Pressure or Bloodwork.
  3. Enter values → Save.

Home health cards

  1. Open Settings → Apple Health → Home health cards.
  2. Toggle which metrics appear on Home.

Apple Health import is Protocol Pro. Manual measurements work without it.
