Please name the product in your email and include the device and operating-system version where it helps. For Humpty, include the number of ZIP files and the message shown, but do not attach private archives unless we ask for a safe sample. For ChatCrate, include whether the source was an export or a local media folder, and do not attach private WhatsApp media unless we ask for a safe sample.
