Protocols and items
Keep medications, peptides, supplements and other items in one protocol, including dose details, pen settings and supply where you use them.
Protocol
Health protocol tracker · iPhone
Protocol is an iPhone app for organising medications, peptides, supplements, dose schedules, bloodwork and health metrics — so your protocol is no longer scattered across notes, reminders and spreadsheets.
The problem
Notes, reminders, spreadsheets and camera-roll PDFs scatter a health protocol. Protocol puts medications, peptides, supplements, schedules, bloodwork and metrics in one iPhone app.
It is a personal tracker, not a clinic. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, determine dosages or provide medical advice.
Inside the app
Keep medications, peptides, supplements and other items in one protocol, including dose details, pen settings and supply where you use them.
See what is due, log completed or skipped doses, and keep a history you can actually read.
Bring metrics, bloodwork and trends next to the protocol — without turning the app into a diagnostic service.

Health and insights
Insights describe changes recorded while a protocol was active. They do not prove that a compound caused the change, and Protocol never recommends a dose adjustment.
Bloodwork
Store and review bloodwork in the same place as the protocol, so a single lab PDF is not the whole story. Flags are for review with a qualified clinician.
Also in Protocol
Enter label values and a prescribed dose to make reconstitution arithmetic clearer. Confirm the vial, diluent, dose and syringe with a pharmacist — Protocol does not determine a dose.

Privacy
Protocol is built for personal tracking: on-device processing, access controls, and no account required. Imported records stay in the app unless you export them.
Protocol is available on the App Store. You can also learn more on the Protocol website.
