Getting Started

Welcome to Protocol

What Protocol is, where to find things in the app, and how to use this Help Centre.

Protocol is an iPhone app for organising medications, peptides, supplements, schedules, dose history, bloodwork and health metrics in one place.

It is a tracking and organisation tool. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatments, determine dosages or replace a qualified healthcare professional.

The main tabs

At the bottom of Protocol you will see five tabs:

  • Home — today’s due doses (Today’s Protocol), Routine cards, and a health snapshot;
  • Protocol — your list of protocols, plus access to Routines;
  • Calendar — timeline of scheduled and logged doses;
  • Health — measurements, bloodwork, Trends, Compare and Protocol Insights;
  • Settings — Protocol Pro, Apple Health, reminders, backup, Help Centre and About.

How to use this Help Centre

Each article below is a how-to. Follow the numbered steps in order. Button and screen names match the labels in the app.

If a feature says Protocol Pro, free users will see an upgrade option instead of the full screen.

Protocol helps you track and understand your information. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
