Troubleshoot incomplete aviation risk analysis.

Unable to determine indicates the risk engine could not finish. Treat as requiring manual planning.

Common fixes

  • Refresh briefing on stable network;
  • Confirm planning point is over land in RSA coverage;
  • Wait for airspace and terrain tiles;
  • Update app;
  • Move slightly and re-analyse.

If persistent

Plan using official ATNS charts and contact support with coordinates and app version.
